Shipping Information

We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and in perfect condition. This shipping policy outlines what you can expect when ordering from Loosie Goosie.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Custom and bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you during the ordering process.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping

  • Cape Town Metro: 1-2 business days
  • Major South African cities: 2-3 business days
  • Rest of South Africa: 3-5 business days

Express Shipping

  • Cape Town Metro: Next business day
  • Major South African cities: 1-2 business days
  • Rest of South Africa: 2-3 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R750.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries in Africa. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please contact us at shipping@loosiegoosiesa.co.za for more information about international shipping options.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@loosiegoosiesa.co.za with photos of the damaged package and products. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or other household members who may have received it. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.
